Nasty unprofessional additudes...i don't even know why they still have the jobs that they have...no one ever answers the phone and if they do they treat you with so much DISRESPECT...they all deserve to be fired

I am an employer trying to get someone on the phone. Either no one answers phone or you have to put up with a recording and the option I need is not listed. I found no way to speak to a representative. We have an employee who has filed unemployment and put the reason as "lay off." This employee was fired because he would not come to work. He was only on payroll for three months. We didn't get the notice from Louisiana Work Commission until February 9th and the notice is dated 1/29/21 and they give us 10 days to respond. I have never dealt with a company such as this. If they have people physically working in the office, they are wasting money on payroll. I have no way to dispute this claim in time so the employee will receive unemployment compensation based on false information he provided. This Commission is worthless. The only reason I gave the one star is because it is the only way I could post this comment.
