It depends on if you own a share of the property that the home sits on or not. I pay $120/month, but I understand it is $ $300+ if you don't.
Some places only require 50+ you need to check what there exceptions are. No solid answer
No, there are not. There are only a few that the residents rent out and they are already rented. Bonfire does not have rentals.
