I live here and I love it. A lovely, well maintained peaceful park right on Lake Griffin. The residents are mature, fun loving, and very friendly and helpful. Management is always on top of everything. Staff is pleasant, professional, and hard working. Lot leases are reasonable.

We went for a meeting so were only in the clubhouse. The place is well maintained and the residents seem to take pride in their properties. It looks like a good place to live.

There are some doubles on old side as we'll there are two sections yes one side is older side with more singles. The rent has gotten way too high for what they offer though
