Are there two sections to this park with different lot rent fees? I see some low sales priced ones and an area of nice double wides.

There are some doubles on old side as we'll there are two sections yes one side is older side with more singles. The rent has gotten way too high for what they offer though

Singlewides are on one side and Doublewides on the other, 55+ park
