This was a Beautiful place to visit some very Good Friends of mine . Got to spend a few days with them and visit the park ,go out on the water for some fishing. See some Gators,and the waters around the area. The park was very well kept ,and nice 🙂 LOVED it .

My mother-in-law lives at this particular location and it's a decent part for 55 and up however the neighbors are really nosey so you don't have any crime which is good but they're into your business a lot psychiatric and the road leading to the park is a little rough and if you have a big vehicle kind of the pain to get down with all the potholes and it's almost a one-lane

Rents when I sold in March, were 454$ including water,sewer and water.
