This is a very nice hotel with excellent service and it is very convenient to I-10. The staff was exemplary from check-in to check-out. There was a large gathering at the facility the night we stayed, yet we couldn't tell due to the way the facility is laid out and how well the staff took care of business. I recommend the Baton Rouge Marriott if you are looking for a hotel in the city.

This hotel is next to I10. All day and night all you hear is traffic from I10. I downloaded a white noise app and could still hear traffic from I10. The pool pictures online are deceiving. The ice maker did not work on floor 4 or 5. There is no free Wifi in the hotel even if you are a Marriott member. The hotel has been updated. The lobby and rooms are newly renovated but nothing else in the hotel is good.

We have been staying here pretty regular for work and it is always clean and the evening staff are awesome! We get greeted by name when we walk in and they are always helpful and friendly. The rooms have always been very clean and comfortable bed, but wish they would actually get cool. I have to bring a fan with me..

Everyone was friendly. Nice rooms. Asked for extra blankets - they brought a set of sheets. The floor looked like it could've been cleaned better. There was a weird alarm that kept going off - heard others telling front desk but nothing was done about it. The service in the restaurant was a bit lacking. Our bathroom sink wasn't really draining- the plug wouldn't stay up and no one every came to fix that so water sat in sink as you washed hands/brushed teeth. All little things in the scheme of things.
