What a gem in the heart of Downtown Baton Rouge. The River view was great, but the staff was magnificent. LB and the valet staff were on it and always greeted me with a smile. Front desk staff and kitchen staff were all very knowledgeable and helped make our group feel at home. The security crew were also great.

As someone who travels for work, I LOVE staying at this Hilton. The location can't be beat and it is usually very reasonably priced. It is also one of the only Hiltons that has the lounge still open for Diamond members. You do have to pay for parking, but there is a parking lot right next to the hotel that is cheaper. The service is always great and I always enjoy talking to the people that work there.

Location is good. Hotel rooms need some work and are very run down. One of the elevators shakes while ascending, while the other is missing a button. Lights in the room look like they’ve been hit with a hammer. Toilet looks like it is about 50 years old with dark water marks in the bowl (and it runs from time to time). Mini fridge is randomly placed in a rundown cabinet with the door ripped off. Other furniture is missing knobs and has touch up paint that doesn’t match. The doors do not block any sound, so the rooms can be very noisy depending on where you are in the hotel. I’ve been debating about cutting my loses and just going else where for the night. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location in the future.

Room was spectacular only stayed a night but man what a view of the river, can't beat it. And the fact it's convenient you can pretty much walk anywhere to get to where you need to be. Comfortable room and great views. It's hard to beat. Definitely recommend staying here. The brunch on Sunday was on point with an omelette bar and bottomless mimosas and build your own bloody Mary.

I used a parking lot that was free right across from it and behind it
Hi Kim! We do have a restaurant on property, Kingfish Grill, but if you're looking to walk about, there are several restaurants within walking distance! Here are a few: Capitol City Grill, Magpie, Cecilia, Tsunami, Little Village, Lava Cantina, Stroubes. Hope this helps and have a great weekend!

You could call the front desk
There are several open air pay by the day lots. The Hilton has valet parking and there is also a parking garage less than a block away. Being older I always use valet. Call them before you leave your room and your car will be waiting for you just outside the door. All personnel are friendly and helpful.
You'd have to call the customer service line and get in touch with the head of valet, they'd be able to tell you.
I agree the dinner is o.k, but the breakfast buffet I thought was excellent
