Absolute worst pain management in Vegas. Dr. Karno is horrible. After you see him they pawn you off on all future appointments to an assistant who seems to know nothing and is incompetent. They give you medicine that doesn't work and refuse to adjust it. They promise you epidural injection in a couple of days and after insurance approves it schedules you weeks later lying and causing you pain. The front office is rude and unprofessional. After I made a complaint and requested to see Doctor Karno for some explanations because this Leigh lied several times and I was very uncomfortable trusting my health and well being to a liar,. After I made my request Dr. Karno spitefully Discharged me as patient and canceled my epidural I had been waiting weeks for. I asked them if they knew by this action they would cause me additional pain by making me start over with a new doctor and having to wait for a new authorization and likely delaying my epidural additional week causing me longer excruciating pain. Their response was "we don't care." They should have their license revoked. But, in the end jokes on them because I saw a new doctor the following day following their spiteful discharge of me as a patient. The new doctor got the epidural approved the same day and gave me the epidural the same day no waiting and I feel much better now. So, screw you Nevada Comprehensive Pain Center you horrible horrible horrible people. In the end you tried to be spiteful and thought you would hurt me but your actions actually helped me because I got the epidural 3 weeks earlier. God is great and Nevada Comprehensive Pain Center are spiteful losers.

Everyone was really nice in the office when I had an appointment. But getting this appointment I went through a few rude people and spent a lot of time waiting on the phone, not to mention being hung up on twice.

Great staff, doctors, PA’s are wonderful. Wait time has always been 30 minutes or less. Facility is very clean. Thank you all for your kindness 😊 and service.

I had my initial consultation in June. I was told that the office would contact me about my MRI and Physical Therapy. 6 months later no calls from the office even though I’ve left multiple messages. This is unheard of as healthcare in other states. What’s the point of making appointments when nothing is done???? Is this healthcare in Nevada???
