On our first visit this spring, I wanted to give them five stars just for their napkins (unlike the paper towels typical in Austin.) And the food matched. This time I found the ribs and pulled pork somewhat overdone and the coleslaw lacking. Had to wait to park the first time, with overflow cars parked along the road. This time, pulled right in.

Typical BBQ choices. Cozy farmstyle atmosphere. Self seating. Order at the front line and then go sit yourself and eat. The meat was great quality but I expected the BBQ sauce to be better.

Just like anywhere else in Long Island. Masks required to enter the premises, moving about, and while ordering. Plastic dividers at the cash register. Plastic barriers between booths. You may remove masks once seated at your booth.
Sorry you did not like the Bun. We use Martin's Potato Bun as we feel it holds up nicely to the Que! Hope to see you back again. Next time try the Ribs, Chicken or Brisket. Happy Thanksgiving!
It starts at 7:00pm every Thursday until Memorial Day, then for the summer will be change to Wednesdays same time.
