Disaster Administration ....for a month I talked to them about getting in to see them ...I have anthem blue cross....you are wasting your time and they want you to play administrator....extremely rude, interrupt you, talk over you and try to make you feel stupid that you don't know how medical admin works....I'm 62 and have had many operations and seen many Dr's....they are the most unprofessional I have dealt with....they play games saying they don't have an office manager. but it was a lie....avoid at all cost ...Isaiah and the office manager were the worst out of the bunch.

After 4-5 years with Dr. Sharma and his office, I have to agree with the rest of the reviews: no one in this offices cares about the patient. I LITERALLY started passing a kidney stone in front of Dr. Sharma one day (worst pain I've ever experienced) and he didn't even notice. He didn't notice because he didn't care what I had to say, what I looked like, or how I felt.

Ok ok the phone lines suck but when I have my phone appointments there always on time I mean the exact time schedule Dr. Sharma or whoever is to contact me for my phone appointment or always on time, much better than me I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been late yet I’m still seen and once I went a day early and saw the Dr. I’m grateful for phone appointments because of my transportation issues. I had problems with someone but prior authorization issues but it was taken care of. I suffer with several diagnoses so Dr makes sure I get the best care for me.when your in pain it is never good and to have chronic pain I don’t wish on my ex husband, my BP is always very high do to my pain level is high and I mean above 10 and that’s just normal for meDr Sharma staff is at their absolute best to get it done before I’m able to leave the office and will check on me, each person gives just what is needed for me and I can’t leave out the billing department they are fantastic I really enjoyed paying my bill I had only one problem and it was that I couldn’t call them anymore, don’t you just love these kind of people. Next time I have to go to the office for my appointment I’ll ask for the Dr’s and staff to take selfies with me so I can post. Thank you Advance Pain Management, cause being in pain is a lot you can treat diagnosis but she cannot treat pain but having people that cares and take their time with you and who is patient with you really help. People pain Dr’s treat pain their not Burger King have it your way that’s way so many people are addicts now believe me they are watching your behavior the moment you step in the office til you leave, these people have families to take care of, my suggestion is be patient, they’ll take care of you.
