Very professional. I love the nurse practioner I see SO MUCH. I was originally hesitant to go to see a Pain Mgmt Dr because of societies stigma attached to it as drug seeking. As a retired nurse I'm aware of the preconceived notions attached to pain management/medication. In both the public as well as the medical field. But I can truly say I've been listened to, and treated with dignity. I already see a slight difference. To go from a + 10 and depressed over not being able to njoy life to being able to start enjoying life again. I TRULY THANK MY DR AND THE STAFF.

Whom ever is the attendant at the front desk office the African/American woman, She was very rude she was very unprofessional. My dad got into a car accident, So his doctor sent him a referral here to get him checked out, The lady got upset that me and my father did not have a mask and she told us that everyone come to you with the mascot we should know and we told her this is our first time here we didn’t know if you need a mask regardless at the door says you need a mask, This is a medical clinic I don’t know what’s the problem handing two masks to patients who didn’t know that they need to come with a mask , she was very rude, mean and unprofessional.

Hi Jason, thanks for reaching out. Natalie is correct. No blood test is needed. We do usually collect a urine drug test though so please make sure you arrive with a full bladder. Hope that helps!

Dr ZACHARIAH CHAMBERS. HE'S A VERY GOOD PAIN MGMT DOCTOR. I'VE BEEN THRU A FEW TOO. I TOLD HIM NO INJECTIONS IN MY BACK HE SAID THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS. UNLIKE THE REST OF THE DOCTORS I'VE SEEN.
