We can not process at this time - so what you should do is go to the Post Office or Court hour - they may want an appointment - and tell them you need to expedite your passport for that date - and if they can not do - just call NPIC at 877 487 2778 and you can go directly to the Passport Agency in person to get the passport same day. Go to legalpassport.com to fill out the form online and to print it out with the bar code -

You would only apply through the post office and their fee is $80 per child - and $110 per adult (17 is adult)
