Central little league is a joke. I had a board member come to me while i was hitting with 4 central little league boys and try to kick me off the fields at freedom park. She claimed she was part of the board and that the fields belong to them. I basically stated that the fields belong to the city and central has no jurisdiction yet. She asked me if i had a permit i said no but if the city had a problem then they can come tell me. Let me advise central does not have sole proprietorship over fields. So please dont come out of your way to come try and kick kids that are not causing any problems off of a baseball field.

The players and parents of Central Little League would appreciate if you would recruit/hire umpires that were competent, fair, and professional. The umpire we are forced to have is often late to games, plays favorites by making unfair calls, and makes terrible calls at the plate. His strike zone is apparently from a child’s shoelaces to their forehead. The same exact pitch could be called a strike or a ball depending on what team is pitching or how he feels at the moment. He has gotten into verbal altercations with coaches and parents, on and off the field, and always chooses to escalate the situation rather than be the leader and deescalate it. Quasey (sp?) is a terrible umpire and our kids deserve better.
