Yes it is! Security at the front can point you in the right direction once you walk through the main entrance. Should just be straight down the hall, then your first two right turns; there will be signs as well.

Call the office of the state that they where born in or go online and see if you order one. I know you have pay a fee i would try that.

I got my mother's death certificate at an office at Decatur and Alta, by providing certain info, like day & place of death as well as stating how I was related. Idk if office of Vital Records is open currently.
My son is 21 and wants to surprise my husband wth handing him adoption papers for him to sign and adopt him.( raised him) What do we need to do to get the adoption papers for that?
