Entitled security at the Las Vegas office, whom have the ability to help but choose not to because they have a little authority. They treat anyone who needs help like they’re stupid and disregard your need for help. They lie straight to your face and then laugh in your face, it’s sad they feel so superior due to this title they’re given. I’ve been helped at this office before so I know it’s possible, it’s a shame 9/10 officers aren’t helpful but I guess I would hate my life too if this were my sad career.

Called the number listed on visa state travel site. Rep couldn't help so she forwarded me to this number. Recording came on, couldn't talk to live person, kept getting disconnected. Site DOES NOT answer my question. Can someone contact me, PLEASE.

Yes. If you need biometric fingerprinting they will send you the appointment time. But you need appointment for almost everything
That is pretty weird that it was just a copy and not original with a stamp as while in the ceremony they usually hand it out to everyone to verify that everything is correct and they will collect it back and after the oath taking they will hand it out again the same certificate and so you can put it on your envelope. If you're really positive that it was really just a copy and not original with stamp and able to bring the said copy of document you got from the ceremony, i suggest calling them to as they prolly be able to make an appointment with you. If they reject your claim, you will have to file the form F-565 to replace your certificate and filing fee is $555. I bid you goodluck.
