i was an patient here , the employees were okay , my problem is their sanitation, i was her for a week and no one mopped or swept the floors , there were ants in the fountain drink machine, worms coming out of the faucet water, and roached crawling all over the place whats worse is the staff NORMALIZED THIS. when it came to the girls clothes being washed they would halfway clean them it would still be discharge / period blood in the panties DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE.

CJ, Allison and Caolin were all extremely helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help my friend Matt while he was there. He also said the facilities were clean and the food was good. Overall his experience was a good one and would recommend this place.

I just got out of this hospital, this experience was so traumatizing, The food was terrible, the staff treated us like we weren’t humans. If we had a panic attack they would sit there and not try to help us. they lost my clothes that my parents be brought me, The only thing good was that my tech ms jasmine was the best

(Feb. 26th) Some patients ARE sedated against their will. Most patients are not, but the possibility is real. Be prepared to receive the sedation shot if the situation escalates to violence or threatening (yelling negative things and refusing to back down). Being sedated more than a few times, known as prolonged sedation, can damage the brain and increases the risk of cognitive decline and dementia. Avoid violent episodes while in treatment if at all possible. Most patients wait to receive meds for a full day because the doctor has to approve their prescriptions and only comes in the morning. Be prepared to suffer unrelieved pain, anxiety, addiction, tension, and episodes for 16 hours or more. Or avoid this facility. The doctor can keep medicines the same or change them. Some patients get taken off their personal medications for new ones. Be prepared to deal with physical upset. OR AVOID THIS FACILITY. New medications will be sent to your pharmacy when you leave.
(Feb. 26th) During COVID 19, Old Vineyard has stopped all visits and only allows phone contact. There are no computers or tablets to Zoom visit. The phones are extremely scratchy (at least in Franklin West) and that's all the visitation patients get. It may change soon, but that's how it is for now.
Getting help is worth it, but Old Vineyard takes an awful toll on its patients. I don't know if there are better places than Old Vineyard near Winston. Know the warnings and hope you can take the distress. I hope there's somewhere else you can go!
I think all units let patients call in the morning from 7 to 8 and in the evening from 8 to 9:30. There are other times, but I would expect a call then. If you are calling the facility for a patient, call anytime! The staff will bring them to answer your call.
Try from 7 to 8 in the morning, 9 to 10 in the morning, 8 to 9:30 in the evening? I hope it works out.
It depends on their situation. Most times it’s a week.
Yes you can. I walked in and got admitted all within the same day.
She will get to talk to you everynight they will give u a code number
KT Culbreth you must be bored, do you work there? Or were you a patient? Or just that bored at home you chose to read comments about a random place and derive your comments from it. Nice darlin, love the sarcasm! 🤭 hey I have a secrect 🙄 you can't tell anyone though 🤫
Call Old Vineyard Behavior Health and they will answer all questions you may have.
Call medical records and request them
No
What number do I call bc it just rings and rings and he has gave me the code
Truman and Adams
If you find that you cannot tolerate your roommate because of something big like stealing your belongings, taking all of your clothes and wearing them, peeing in your bed, or purposefully waking you up at all hours of the night, you can request a room change. If they have one available, you MIGHT be able to switch. It's up to the Techs.
It depends on the severity of the need. A week is about the norm though.
Patients have to feel stable by the time they are allowed to discharge. No patient is allowed to leave if the treatment team determines they are in danger. Patients aren't "cured," but they are safer. The real therapy has to start RIGHT AFTER, when patients' bodies and minds are stable with their medications. The rating is terrible because of widespread problems with Old Vineyard, but the patients I stayed with made it bearable. Something does need to change.
Yes.
Any person being admitted gets a passcode that is given to family if u don't have the code they will not tell u if someone is there
It is ran by those whose sole purpose is collecting the government's money and there is no patient care. You are considered collateral damage.
Close? I wasnt aware that was a thing. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say you mean clothes. Best bet would be to call the facility and ask.
Not in inpatient. They offer gum and the patches but you have to ask the doctor when you see them after you're assigned one to put in an order, you can't just ask the nurses. However, during the outpatient program you'll get a few smoke breaks, in which they have a smoking section for.
