Dispatcher lieing about arrival time of driver, saying he would be there within 10 minutes. Driver was half hour late and said he had the wrong address. My family missed our flight. Luggage with my daughters medical equipment went on flight. Now my family is broken up into two different flights with an an hour an half between them. Company name is On Time Tranportation, should be called Late Time Transportation. Thank you for screwing up my families Easter vacation. You guys get two thumbs down.👎🏽👎🏽🤬

Transport arrived promptly for dentist appointment. Driver was very helpful in getting my uncle's wheelchair into the office. Reminded me that he had a hat or he would have left without it.

Although we were in the midst of a major snowstorm, On-Time Transport arrived right on time (no pun intended)! Joe was courteous, professional and 100% safety-minded. I don't do the pricing so I don't know plus I just started there and the staff there are so nice .... if I needed to go to the doctors or where ever no matter what the price is I would call them ... if you have insurance they do cover some of it ... but call them and check they will be more then happy to help you with this matter ....
