Received a bill stating final notice before collections with no date of service or services rendered before ever getting a bill for what ends up being date of service 6/22/22. Received this threatening letter on 8/8/22 !

My husband went here to check in hired legs for blood clots! They were GREAT everyone even the receptionist. This is definitely our new SJRA place we will always go to!! Thank you to your staff
