Dr. Lingappan is wonderful. This complaint is not about her. Rather, it is about the hour and fifteen minutes my husband and I sat in the waiting room in order to see her. It is not right to make patients wait that long. Eye Physicians need to work on seeing patients in a timely manner. We made our appointments months ago, and the time should be honored.

Dr. Ligappan is an EXCELLENT Dr. True there may be a wait at times but her knowledge is worth it. She is a super diagnostician.

Twice I asked for tape for my mask, on 2 separate visits. The last visit I ask for tape on my mask. I was told I was wearing the mask wrong. I asked her what was the big deal about getting some tape? She said non except for the fact that she would have to find some. Did the eye exam with steamy glasses. Lazy technician.
