Old Vineyard is a for-profit hospital, meaning that they take government, insurance, and patient money to stay in business. Staff are incentivized to take more patients in for business, instead of focusing on service to the patients already admitted. The staff treat patients so rudely, and this might be part of the reason.

You are correct its a CHS owned facility.
Billing is through Cardinal Health I believe. If you don't have insurance Cardinal health will possibly pick up the bill. They are like the blue cross blue shields for psychiatric care
