My experience is pathetic! I have a brick wall behind my condo and have beautiful landscaping but trees that do not belong there popped up. One of them has grown so big that it hovers over my roof. Capstone said they took care of it but we cannot see anything they did. To me this as deceitful as you can be and because I have pride in my home I may have to deal with it myself. I am 76 and moved here so I would not have to worry, so much for that.

I was having issues with rain coming in my chimney! Capstone Realty sent maintenance out within 24 hrs. to inspect and diagnose the problem. Even with the temp. on the roof being over 100°, Dawson climbed up there and even cleaned out my gutters! Thank you!

Capstone Realty is the Worst! Rude agents. David at reception wasn’t bad, Kelly was rude. I am in town for 1 day but they can’t show me a house because they show 1 showing per week and they already have someone booked for a 30 min show on Wednesday. Today is Monday and the house has been listed for 45 minutes. What was wrong with showing the house Tuesday? Or showing more than once a week? I hope I never have to deal with these folks again. After being rude to me on the phone, I said I wouldn’t do business with them and the listing agent Kelly said “good” I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company and by the other poor ratings I can see I am not the only one. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.

Thanks for your review although the rating probably reflects your dissatisfaction with your homeowners association instead of the management company. It is important to understand the management company's role within your community. We act at the direction of the board of directors to help fulfill their duties to the community and consequently we are unable to unilaterally make decisions on their behalf. We'd suggest you reach out to the board of directors.
