Always a great stay when I'm in the Boston area! The customer service is far and away better than I've seen in a long time! Everyone I've come in contact with has been extraordinary! The price is expensive but it's a relatively good deal as it's one the least expensive hotels in the Boston area. Also a HUGE bonus is they have a large parking lot I can park my truck, which can be very difficult in New England.

I guess I stay over the limit which was never told when I booked it.One of the worker at the Framingham location is very stupid she likes to laugh at customer and not tell us who she is. I also had my book for a room canceled by someone else was never told.The room keys keep given me problems I had a hard time get in.The room I was in was not clean I found hair and other things.The ac was not cooling the room like it was suppose to.The room had a nasty smell.Also when paying make sure they don’t charge you for safety box fee with out tell you.
