HOTEL USES PRICELINE TO SELL ROOMS AND WHEN PRICELINE FALSELY ADVERTISES WITH MISLEADING PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTIONS THE HOTEL DOES NOT STANDBY THE CUSTOMER, INSTEAD THEY STOP REPLYING TO EMAILS. I have stayed at Waldorf Astoria properties around the world and was even a member at one until they sold it. I will never step foot in another one after seeing how un-professional and poorly they treated me. Priceline was advertising rooms (which they partner with the hotel to sell these rooms), I saw them advertising a certain suite, the square feet, photos, description, everything was exact. Once I booked it, everything was confirmed and I called the hotel shortly before my stay and they said that Priceline made a mistake and posted the wrong info and although I paid for the suite and that is what was advertised, it is not where I am able to stay. For weeks before, I was in contact back and forth with someone named Jonathan who claimed he would try and have everything taken care of prior to my stay, it has been months later and he went ghost. No response to any emails and not one thing was taken care of. The hotel should have stepped up and made it right and then handled it with Priceline on their own for their mistake. I have all the emails and photos of the room that was advertised, booked, and then how it was changed and claimed to be a "mistake",. I will never re-visit one of their properties after this, absolute joke!

A little more pricey compared to other Hilton's. I'd say customer service is top quality and they tried to help you out anyway you can. I received a call back after they tried everything they could. They truly work their best here. I was here during Hurricane Ian and they update us through the Hilton app and text messages. This helped a lot and showed they care alot. The biggest difference is the quality bedding they have. I never stayed on a bed so comfy. Very nice views. I recommend the pool and Disney view! They have 4 restaurants here and parking is valet - 45 each day/night - not per use. They have a decent gym and a child room if you have to bring your child.

What a disappointment!! We booked a room for a "spa getaway", and were disappointed in almost EVERYTHING at the property. 1) No mention during the reservation process that there is ongoing construction at the property. Made "relaxing" at the pool impossible. 2) Spa employees were very nice, but they apparently do not listen to the replies of questions they ask. My message therapist asked me for "areas to concentrate on" , I told her, and then she proceeded to go through 50 minutes without addressing any of them 3) Hot tub in the "relaxation" are sounded like a jet engine. 4) The cups and small bowls in the spa waiting room were dirty, and no clean ones were available 5) Email confirmation for a couples message came back at $198. They failed to include that that price was per person. Not one to usually complain, but for the money and the other choices that exist in the are, we will not be returning to this Waldorf. Its a shame. As Hilton mileage plus members, we have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Waldorf properties in the past.

What a beautiful resort. I’ve stayed here and come just for dinner at the bull and bear and every time I have been so impressed. The staff is amazing, the campus is beautiful and you get access to the sign is next store which has an amazing lazy river. If I had to pick a “con” it’s that the lobby bar gets overrun by the people staying at the hotel for conferences for several hours in the evening and there are never enough bartenders working at that time but the ones that are there work HARD. Overall, Definitely recommend.
