The location is good. Everything else is as the other reviewers say. The "house keeping" merely brought us towels, didnt take the old towels, didnt sweep or do *anything* else, and left the door unlocked. We kept the do not disturb sign on after that. Glad I didnt see the baby roach in the bathroom until the day we left. For the price they are charging paying pest control and using elbow grease would make it night and day.

I give it a 2 because the location is good..the a/ c barely worked..the room was very dirty..they do not have proper housekeeping..as tho I looked on Craigslist they have a post for a housekeeper only paying 10 dollars an hour..duhh you get what u pay for..you are in a nice area pay alittle more for a cleaner place.will not stay there again.will go to dock side..its much cleaner

Location is great . place is going downhill over the years .A/C kinda worked it kept the room a little over 80 . black mold on tile & shower curtain. Floors & baseboard dirty . probably the last time we stay here . very disappointing

The pool is alright along with the beach view and short walk to it. The patio fence was unstable and the beds aren’t that clean. Air conditioning works as long as the curtain are partly open. My time was nice though.
