I needed to pick up my purchased furniture, the entire store was held down by only 2 employees but they still did a GREAT job. But they need to hire more people. What if I had ordered furniture for an entire room?

No but they have a delivery service that you can pay for if it's not in your vicinity

Never had any issues fair quality merchandise at a reasonable price in comparison to the upscale outlets in some instances the same products..It worth checking to see if a bargain can be found
