I am incredibly satisfied with the service overall that was given by Arlington Toyota in purchasing my 2023 Camry! The car itself is absolutely gorgeous, itβs exactly what I wanted and I couldnβt be any happier with it! The staff as a whole was phenomenal. Very friendly and welcoming. Immediately gave the feeling that I was like family. Kevin F. specifically was the salesman that assisted me in my final decision with what I ended up bringing home. And he delivered nothing less than a top notch and wholesome experience for me and my family members that were with me. We all adored him! The process of deciding between several cars I had my eye on took 4 and a half hours in the hot sun and Kevin was incredibly patient and kind the whole time. I had a very good experience buying my new Toyota Corolla 2022. The salesperson Tamer Fakhouri was courteous, and he strived to find answers to all my questions. He even delivered my car mats to my home in hurricane (the mats were in the service department, it closes at 6 pm, we were there past that time, and he was not able to get them on the day of purchase). He even helped me to set up my radio stations in the car as well as connecting Apple play to my phone. I would recommend Tamer to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota! π

Yep they good at selling you a car but also great at ripping you off at the service dept beware when they say they did work on your car they ripped you off by saying they replace filters charge you but no one checks like me when you catch them the throw you off the lot and don't want to do business with you
I agree to the part that the prices are high. Also it is not very clear on their website about the packages they have for service.
Don't have any complaints, we have gotten 3 Full Size New Auto's, And 1 past that was used for trade, Sucks Sometimes π

My visit was not too bad,only thing was they push you to buy expensive warranty on the car or suv you are buying.
i had a great time.
Well I dropped my brand new car off to get fog lights installed and they ran it into another car. They fixed it, but it took a week. My dashcam video showed them talking on their phone while driving my car.

$694 Dealer fee, plus $1,881 "package fee" that is added to EVERY vehicle for the following: (Total cost of $2,575) 1 - Floor Mats - $99 online 2 - Extra Keys - Car comes with two already 3 - Window Tint Warranty - ??? WTH! 4 - Nitrogen in Your Tires - This product is actually B.S. and NOT EVER needed.
