Can anyone ever trust Arlington Toyota's service department again knowing that they lied about work performed and the only reason they were caught in their lies was because the customer had a dash camera that recorded the whole thing?

Sure you can call the attorney general office contact federal trade comm contact BBB they will investigate yhem

Probably not but there are some dumb people out there

I've contacted corporate Toyota, tried to contact managment, and even owners of Arlington Toyota. Corporate said because the problem was from the management of the service department the whole place is probably corrupt and nothing will be done.

That's a shame you can't trust people to do the right thing

I went and got some minor work done on my car....when I got it back the check engine light was on. They fixed it but it should have never happened.
