I was just there today with my shockwave. You have to shoot buckshot or slug and you can not hip fire. Must be an eye level aimed shot. Also target must be set at 15 yards minimum

They offer first time gun owner courses. I took one at the Randolph location w Mr. Martin. Very thorough with his process as well as super friendly. He was focused on ensuring you were comfortable with your firearm and proper mechanics. I would recommend taking classes w him or Mason. Well worth the price of the course.

They have about 30 plus ranges for handguns and I think about 15 for shotgun and long gun

No course needed but there is a online waiver and safety video that you just do before going on the range. The range is comparably priced to other ranges in NJ but the ammo and rental firearms are cheaper in RTSP.

Yes, we sell firearms and ammunition. We require NJ residents to possess a valid FID card. If you are purchasing a handgun, we also require a valid handgun purchaser permit.

Contact the range directly. Each range is different as some ranges require you bring your own firearm and FID card to shoot. RTSP allows for rentals without an FID as long as you have valid state ID, but not sure if they check for that kind of thing when they out the info in the system.

You can certainly shoot your BB gun in the range. The paintball can only be used by renting our shoothouse located in Randolph.

They do have coures there but not sure what courses they do dont think they do carry licenses since your cant open carry or conceal carry in NJ

No, just bring some one to shoot with and government ID (passport, license etc). You can't shoot alone without an FID card, which is worth obtaining if you take a liking to the sport 😀. Enjoy, be safe ✌️
