If I could give this place negative stars I would. It's one thing to owe a debt, which I made a mistake 7 YEARS ago and I'm finally having to own up and pay for it, and that's OK. What's not okay is how these people operate. I called for almost 2 weeks, some days I'd call 5 or 6 times a day at various hours, voice-mails left as well. When I finally do get in touch with someone it's a wonderful human being named TODD. (From reading previous reviews this dude has been employed for several years) This dude when I told him I couldn't afford the amount he was saying he hung up on me. I called directly back and asked for him by name and he ignores the call. I call back for the 3rd time in a row and ask to speak to someone else. They transfer me to Peter....the total opposite of Todd. Peter was nothing but polite and treated me like I was an actual human being. The office building looks so run down and nasty. They had a 90's style couch and a fold out chair that had the pattern of great grandma's quilt on it. With the shape of everything and now looking at the reviews I'm shocked this place has been in business for quite some time. I will be reporting this business to anyone I can and I will be reporting them to the BBB. it's one thing to owe a debt but everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity and this place is not it. Unfortunately I just started my payment plan so I hope it doesn't get any worse. If it does I'll write another review. Wish me luck...only 20 more months to go 😒

If I could give no star, I would. Very unprofessional, and rude. I don't know how they're in business or why companies hire them.

They are behaving like bullies. They say they are a debt collection agency but never returned my call to know what my balance is. I overpaid each month hoping that I would get a balance of what I owe. It came in the form of a summons and I had paid more than the balance on there so I thought they must be making a mistake. How do you sue someone who has over paid his balance. Unfortunately, the first court date was cancelled. I didn't check mail on time to be at court the 2nd time around. I was hoping to tell the judge they are not interested in collecting but dragging their feet to increase their attorney fees, by not returning calls, then threaten to evict. They will get what is coming to them.
Don’t matter who they work for. Rude is rude The money is in our hands Either we got it or we dont
