I never rate or comment about an experience but people need to know. My wedding is this Saturday and my fiancé and his groomsmen who were fitted here got suits extremely too short and small. I understand having to fix things a little bit but to be 3 to 4 inches too short is ridiculous. So save your time and sanity and don’t go here.

I separated a nice Italian style dress for my best friend’s wedding in an island at the Caribbean. I did it with 2 months of anticipation and “Mens Wear-house” fail me. I call them 1 week before the wedding and they didn’t found the order, the order was not prepared on time and the dress that they gave me was at the last minute and was even cheaper and of a different color. They offer me a Disccount of 30 dollars for their mistake but I was not satisfied because I was one of the best mans on my friends wedding. I don’t make bad reviews usually but I believe they need to address this situation or otherwise they will loose customers. Please be more attentive to peoples orders and place them correctly. This store should have a better way to process and reminds orders on time for their customers and not just wait last minute…

Harold was so awesome, he helped us pick a suit that matched shoes we brought in, he tied the tie for us, ironed the clothes and sent us out the door 100% ready for the evening. Wonderful service, great guys and we will be back!
