We bought Kenmore products for our kitchen and at 5 years the Fridge died. I called Sears repair and they would not tell me what a repair visit would cost. And they could not get out for 10 days. You can pretty much figure why they went out of business

Sears plays games! I've had to take off work multiple times to get my washer repaired (thank God I purchased the warranty). I have been going to the laundry mat and my washer is only a 1.5 years old!! When I say I have not been pleased with this process, I mean it.
