Owner is very rude. I caught on to her trick though. She only accepts a certain clientele . When I called they accepted walk-ins. I walk-in now it’s appointment only. So I attempt to make an appointment while I was there she was booked for the remainder of the day. So I asked about the next week, she said everyone’s booked. I’ve been to the salon for years and Lynn has always been great but today she sat quiet as the owner was rude and refused me service for nothing other than my race. My family frequented this salon often being we are from the area. So when I’m in town I swing by. Well after today that stops. Not to mention the service is mediocre. I see why my family stopped coming. Pro: Julie is amazing on the pedicure doesn’t say much but her work is awesome. The owner is the younger lady with the horrible attitude who chooses clientele based off complexion. Sad, but it’s life. She does need to work on her customer service just because you own the place don’t talk to people and treat people any way.
