Everyone was pleasant, and I really felt like I received a thorough exam. Everything was explained to me in a way I understand it. Not like the place I went to before these guys. I was told my left eye was doing all the work and my right eye was basically worthless. Was told nothing even close to that here. Plus she mentioned my astigmatism which I've known I've had pretty much all of my life and just never wore glasses. The other place didn't mention it what so ever. Excellent service!!! And down to earth staff!!! I felt very welcomed and informed!!!

I had an appointment and still had to wait an hour to be seen, it wasn't even crowded, there were only two other people waiting. You don't get a lot of help picking out your frames and you have to wait for someone to unlock the frames to try them on. You need a lot of patience.

Great experience, professional staff, had a problem with a receptionist talking over me on the phone but I called back later and everything was fine. Doctor was 100% professional, she knew what she was doing and talked to you and explained everything you needed to know about your vision and the cost was affordable, great place

This is a nice optometrist office with pleasant staff. They are also very affordable. My chief complaint is lack of regard for scheduled appointment time. I made an appointment for 9:40 am to try on different contacts. The same contacts I’ve worn for years but they still need to check them for fit and what not on my eye. When I got there my new contacts were given to me to put in which I did. Then I was told to wait. I understand I slight wait but this was pushing towards an hour. I had other important things to do today hence why I scheduled a 940 appointment and not later. I finally got up and told them I had to leave which the girl at the counter just said she understood. No apology no explanation as to the wait despite my scheduled appointment time. People have lives and should have their time frames respected.
