When we decided to get a new Tacoma, he definitely wanted to use her again to help us. Be aware when doing finance here. We bought the car here about a month ago, everything went well with the salesman, agreed with the rate and term then move forward with the paperworks. The financial guy told me if we'd to buy protections for just additional of $14 per month. We are ok with that. Then 2 weeks later when the 1st bill came, we found out that it's not only $14 more/month as what he said, it also increase the term loan from 4 YEARS to 5 YEARS!!! We came back to the dealer right away to confront him about that and ask him to cancel it immediately. He angrily hand us a cancellation request WITHOUT filling out anything and ask us to sign it. When I ask him why there nothing filled out, then he checked on the requested items and told us he is not allowed to fill out anything on it but he sure all requests will be cancelled. We trusted him again. Then.... 3 weeks went by, nothing has changed yet. I have to call the Toyota for cancellation and keeps following back with them on the status. As of this point, nothing has done yet!!! I called Nashville Toyota North to file a complain AND they hang up on me RIGHT AWAY when they hear I want to file a complain!!! Such a horrible horrible service here. I wish I have never worked with them
