Bought car couldn’t even take it home because of check engine light when they pulled it up to front doors. Get it back and than have to drive an hour and half to bring it back cause what they fixed wasn’t actually fixed. They ended up holding car and than the day before my 30 days was up I returned it because they still had no clue when I would get car back or what was wrong with the car. Still waiting to get my stuff out of the car. They don’t return calls like they should. Was a huge waste of time and wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place ever again.

My experience was great. Went in only thinking of looking at and seeing if I would like the vehicle. After a test drive they made sure everything lined up the way I wanted it. I drove away with my new truck that same day.

Can’t say enough great things about Carmax and this store specifically. I’ve purchased several cars from them over the past 3 years and each time was an easy and painless experience. I recently purchased a vehicle from them and unfortunately it was discovered that it was a dud mechanically. It broke down and needed to get towed back to the store. The customer service aspect of this was flawless. Actual humans answered the phone each time and a tow truck was sent to me free of charge within 3 minutes of making the call. Only had to wait about 45 minutes for the truck. When I arrived there was a nice loaner car waiting for me and a very helpful staff walked me through the next steps. My car was fixed within 4 days which is record time these days. Unfortunately I ended up returning the vehicle completely and again, an easy painless experience. No arguing or small print bureaucracy thrown in my face at all. They understood and helped me find a better car. A big name dealership will not do what they have done for me. Very professional staff and a quiet clean store as well. I wont go anywhere else for a car.
