I received an item in a color I didn't expect. I saw that they didn't list the actual color online, so I sent an email bringing that to their attention. Didn't ask for a refund, just pointed out that it would be helpful if they were more accurate in their description. Customer service went out of their way to be insulting and provided completely false information on the product and the company that made it. I asked for nothing and only expected to be treated with respect. British Food Imports couldn't manage that. Truly awful.
