Too much attitude. Horrible first impression. I was there at 8:30pm last night, there was no one in line when there was a pretty long line at Gucci (right next door.) the staff was putting away the waiting line thing, so I politely asked him if the store is still open, he said “yes”, so I tried to open the door but it was locked, so I turned around and said “but the door is locked” … then he rudely said “it will open when I open it.” Was that really necessary?? At the same time there was a nicer lady trying to open the door from inside, but it was too late. Even I was in the mood to buy something, I did not want to shop there any more. No wonder there was only one other customer besides me in the store.

This is my 2nd unpleasant Prada experience. One retail Davies FL & one outlet Orlando FL. My hubby & I were treated very poorly but I loved my Prada purchases, i.e., wallet, 3 purses, 2 scarves. My hubby is fm the WIs & I am American. It was obvious the SA staffers had a problem waiting on us. Typically, I enjoy meandering but they md us so uncomfortable I just took my purchases & left. No one in the store bought the quantity we did as a single purchase. I know racism when I see it. I'm fm lower Alabama FL panhandle & my entire extended family are Alabamians. His money is very green too & we're repeat customers...10 yrs. Mk no mistake SA is by no means 1st nor 2nd world. So, I returned the next day without my hubby & sought to return everything with great glee. The lovely cashier who waited on me was admiring my 15th anniversary gift fm my hubby.... $5K Chanel purse. Prada is my everyday china but Chanel is my dress to impress for special ocassions just lk this. The reps who mistreated us were there. To their shock, I spoke to the mgr in espanol. I teach SA immigrants English...Dr. ESOL. I explained that I'd be going back to my 1st love Chanel fm this pt forward. Sold all my Prada online. Oh, Davies/Ft. L was retail & I had my Black sister with me & they wd not wait on her. I walked in 1st while she was visiting the facilities & she entered & the atmosphere changed...lk a thick dark cloud. They had no idea we were together. They refused to wait on her. So, I gave it to the minimum wage clerk. She mks more money in an hr than you do in a month & her sister is graduating fm the university with her MS in Edu & that's why we're here. Prada needs diversity training. Odd none of these racist were American.

Horrible quality and customer service. I purchased my bag around Christmas and did not notice that it had marks. When I opened it at home return window was closed, and they did not take it back. Instead offered me free repair. A month later, I got my bag back, and it was not fully repaired. You can still see the markings. When you buy a bag for $1000, you expect more than this. Stay away! Horrible quality and even worse customer service. Go to LV or Gucci instead.
