The floor manager here was amazing! Even though she couldn't solve my issue directly, she made sure I felt heard, provided me with the number of who could help me, and insisted I stayed so if I needed her help she could provide it. She went above and beyond standard customer service all while dealing with an additional irate and disgruntled customer. If I ever open a business I'm stealing this woman to run my customer service department

Absolute worst Verizon location store manager Brooke is beyond rude argued with customers without even pulling up account to look into their problem. Added a line was double charged have literally spent 6 hours in drive time for the six trips I’ve made still don’t have my refund. Brooke adamantly insisted there was no way I could be double charged finally when she did her job and pulled up my account she realized she was wrong said that has never happened customer service says she did the refund wrong that’s why I haven’t been refunded. Brooke says wait about five additional days it “should” credit back by then. When I asked for compensation for my six trips and all the hassle it was more than over charged ever part of the transaction was done wrong. Her response was Verizon doesn’t compensate people just because they were inconvenienced. Well ATT does!! If you use Verizon watch that bank account and definitely don’t go to Madison Tn location until Brooke is gone at least. Alana was great customer service rep and did all she could was so sweet and helpful but it had to be passed to the inexperienced manager Brooke went downhill from there.

I asked about that when I was considering buying my s8 from them outright. THEY SAID NO!. I bought direct from Samsung instead for the same price and got a $200 visa gift card with the purchase. They will also make you pay a "upgrade fee" AND tax on the device upfront.
