They took out their other drive thru atm bad move I got to wait 45 mins to get to an atm but being charged 12 dollars for what service ...moving to a smaller bank after this

This bank is very busy, when you finally to get served by a teller, they're very unprofessional. I went in to cash a check. The teller gave me the money without telling me the amount, without notifying me of the 8$ fee, without counting it out to me to ensure me of the correct amount. I'd rather go to a bank that demonstrates a higher standard of care for my business.

I was so stupid today. I was using the outside ATM, I did my transaction, took my card, and left the money! Does the cash dispenser close after a certain time and does the money go back in your account? Does the next person who comes up just find it

Very safe they have a drive thru. So you wont have to step out of you vehicle and its very fast, in and out.
