They offer first time gun owner courses. I took one at the Randolph location w Mr. Martin. Very thorough with his process as well as super friendly. He was focused on ensuring you were comfortable with your firearm and proper mechanics. I would recommend taking classes w him or Mason. Well worth the price of the course.
No permit needed. Just a valid ID and if no firearms ID card, then you must come in groups of two or more.
