The installed LED bulbs on my ford F 150 and one side was working and driver side wasn’t, they said the issue was with the bulb, however upon testing the bulb outside and it was ok. Every other bulb worked on the car and these guys have no idea what was going on. Anyways the owner recommended his own HID bulbs will give better performance, so I followed his expert advise and turns out my headlight beams are pointing every direction but forward, they are horrible and shouldn’t be fooling customers with their inexperienced workmanship. They charged me at every point of going to them. I am not driving much at night nowadays but I need to fix the issue, however I think asking Autosound2 to fix this issue is going to be a new charge and God know if they are even capable to fix the issue. Can anyone advise a reputable place to get advise on the headlight issues. Thanks

This place is way too run down to be charging so much. The owner needs to invest money into the shop, the bathroom was so disgusting, walls and floor are dirty, you can barely walk around the place because of all the stuff on the floor. Maybe if he learns how to organize the place and clean up once in awhile, it would be worth coming and spending money.

These guys are the worse. They totally complicated my headlights and fog lights to be worked on by another professional installer. Don't spend your money there, find another more qualified installer smfh👎🏾👇🏿🤛🏾💫💥
