To give them one star would be a little rude. It seems like the individuals that work at this location, specifically the women, at the front counter don't want to be at work. The older gentleman is polite, but they all seem to be very short on conversation and pleasurable customer service skills. I've taken various machines to get work done at this location but the communication has always been very lackluster, especially if they don't work on the brand that you are bringing in for repair. They act like the machines that they sell are the only types of merchandise of quality, and everybody else's is third rate. I won't be going back to this store, and I recommend doing a Google search for other options to get your yard machines serviced.
