Customer service is absolutely horrible. We bought a $50,000+ car around the beginning of august and still cannot drive it. They refuse to send us plates or temp tags as the one we have expired over a month ago. They do not pick up phone calls nor return them back. We live 4 hours from the dealer and our only option was to take the drive and speak in person to which they continued to blame us. The girls at the desk are no help, on phone calls and inattentive. After all these issues and more they continued to try to sell us another car as I am looking for my own, very greasy thing to do. Beware of shady dealers!!!!
