Love Anytime Agawam! Diane is a great trainer and will help with any workout needs. I feel secure going there knowing that rules are followed. Members at this location are friendly and help other members with workout questions. Owners Wayne and Marie are great as well, would not want to go anywhere else!!

I understand that every franchise has their own rules and I respect that, however Diane the front desk women has terrible attitude. She lacks respect and customer service skills. It can just take one person to ruin the atmosphere.

Thanks for the question, since we are a 24/7 facility we cannot have a pool. There are some other local fitness centers with swimming pools. We wish you the best in your wellness journey.

Yes, we have the traditional rowing machine by Concept2 and we also have a ski erg which simulates cross country skiing.
