Horrible! Will be my last fast food attempt. I ordered an Avocado Ranch salad, that according to their menu board had chicken as well. I received a bowl of wilted mixed greens and iceberg lettuce, with diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a packet of southwestern ranch dressing. The tomatoes tasted over ripe, nearing the point of their expiration, and this dish of nothing nearly cost me $9. There was absolutely no staffing issues, there were many cooks/workers behind the counter, so THAT (COVID) excuse cannot be made!

Worse Wendy's experience ever! The fries and burger were good! The soda machine in the lobby was only working for coke, and 3 other drinks. I took our drinks back. The manager got us new cups of coke from the back. No improvement.

Do not go here. The customer area was such a mess my wife and I cleaned up the cup area because it was so bad. We looked behind the counter and there was food everywhere. We decided to get the food to go instead of dining in. The floor behind the counter was covered in fried food and the food station was a mess. There was ketchup and other liquids spilled on the floor not cleaned up. While waiting for our food we talked to another dining guest while she was cleaning her own table and she told us it's been this way for awhile because no one will work in the area. We waited 15 to 20 minutes for our food and it was a circus. They cooked one of our sandwiches and forgot the rest. They were out of all lemonade besides strawberry and somehow we ended up with chili which we didn't order. Then we got our sandwiches but no fries. We just sat there and started laughing because it was so horrible we just had to laugh it off. If the corporate office for Wendy's saw the condition of this location they would be ashamed. This location should be closed. If the health board came in to perform a site evaluation it would be closed immediately to address dozens of health violations. I wish I took more pictures to show how bad it really was....
