The hotel itself is clean, convenient, and nice. However we have had an ongoing problem with a lady at the front desk. We once went down to reserve our returning dates and asked if we could get the same room. She told me they do not reserve rooms. We said that was fine then she said that room was reserved for someone else anyways and I replied with “I thought we couldn’t get rooms reserved how do we do that?” She’s been majorly rude every since. Thousands are spent here a month with our company and thousands for just us when we stay 3 weeks a month. I don’t feel comfortable even going to get drinks or change for laundry when she is working because she is so mean and hasty. All of the other workers are super friendly and kind. However this one nasty one has caused us to seek other arrangements for the monthly 2+ week stays we have at this location for work after this stay is up. No one paying this amount should have to deal with such nasty front desk workers for no reason! Other than this, the hotel was lovely.

First room they gave us the bed appeared to have been slept in and just kind of made up. The cover was partially pulled back from the top and the sheets were all wrinkled. We notified the front desk and they gave us another room. We stayed there for a week. It is located right off the highway and next to a Bass Pro shop. If you are a light sleeper then you will hear the highway noise all night. The employees were nice and friendly and took care of spills immediately. The rooms were clean as was the rest of the hotel. The pool was a bit on the cold side. Breakfast was alright not many choices if staying more than a couple days. Pillows need to be better, possibly a choice better firm and soft. These were so soft they went flat when you used them. Price was good and we would stay here again.

Our stay was great. We had a problem with the shower water not getting hot enough and the front desk had the maintenance man check it out and he had it fixed in about 30 minutes. He was courteous and friendly. We will stay here again in the future and would return to friends and family. Great location.

Technically we didn't get to stay. We checked in and unfortunately right after, my husband's weekend pass was revoked and we had to leave immediately. But the lady at the front desk was such a sweet heart about it and gave us back a full refund, plus a sweet little travel bag. Front desk was SO sweet, the room we had was very clean, bed was comfortable, and we were so looking forward to the pool! Front desk also has nice little maps of restaurants in the area. As SOON as we are able to make our way back out here, we will certainly be staying here for our trip. No questions asked.
