Just stayed the night on the way home from St Jude in Memphis with our som who just had neck surgery. The beds were very comfy, room was clean, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast area was clean and food and selection was great. Definitely will stay here again.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The room was comfortable. The beds are supposed to be queen size but were clearly fulls, though they were comfortable. The courtyard is great - The outside pool is still under construction but the indoor pool was very nice. My only complaint was the employees. In 4 days no one ever came to at least take the trash out or offer clean towels. I had to ask the night desk person for towels and you would have thought I asked him to borrow $10,000 from his reaction. There was no soap or anything in our room, so we had to drive the 5 miles to Publix to pick some up. Great place, terrible service.

I had a great experience. I checked in after 9pm and out the next day after 10am. Both clerks were friendly. I used my points and received two items from the mini-store. That kept me from having to find dinner. My room was clean and well maintained. There was a little dust on the shelves in the undersink counter of the bathroom. The microwave had the turntable replaced and it didn't quite fit but was clean. The mini fridge was clean AND had a defrosted freezer. This was THE BEST ChoiceHotels experience that I've had in the last year. I'll add this as a favorite in my Choice Hotels account.

This hotel served a great purpose for us. We have a family of 5 traveling so it was great that the hotel was just off the highway, yet far enough away to not be noisy from traffic. Also, the room easily accommodated 5 of us with 2 QUEEN beds (which were very comfortable) and 1 fold out sofa bed. The sofa bed was a classic sofa bed and wasn't very comfortable, but was fine for 1 night. The hotel check-in staff was very nice and informative and willing to help with anything. Overall, a good experience and I would stay there again, especially for the price for 5 adults.
