Good sound, vendors are good and prices are industry standard and a friendly staff. Place is outdated and getting out of the parking lot takes a while, so I recommend bringing enough to tailgate twice

Awesome venue. One of the biggest amphitheaters in the country. Been going here for 15 years. Seeing a concert at any other venue seems insufficient compared to here
very UPSET CUSTOMER

Awesome venue outside seats are big and enough space for those around you you can hear the artist clearly
Yes, you can! The water bottle is supposed to be sealed and the food in a gallon ziplock bag, according to their guidelines (though they just did a really quick check of my bag last time I was there and didn't ask questions about anything).
There are a sizeable but nontheless limited number of handicap accessible on-site parking.spaces. Be sure to have a handicap hang tag or plate. Handicap parking is free. Enter on Savitt Way, south of Restaurant Depot and north of New Country BMW.
Same address as the facility. When you first walk in the main gates straight ahead is the building. Slighly to the right is a door. Box office is immediately after you enter to the left.
No. I was indoor on 7/25/21.
You might want to take a photo shot of it and have it easily accessible, just in case, things are changing back and forth all the time.
A gallon zip lock bag for food and 1 unopened factory sealed water bottle...they have been making some exceptions for the hot weather...possibly up to a gallon or unlimiter... they also have filling stations set up \m/
You can probably get the amount of rental chairs in their website. I'm wheelchair bound so my concern was accessibility. The main stage at Xfinity was completely accessible. However at a music festival, all the dirt and gravel around it makes in inaccessible.
Yes you can. I have seen 3 shows in the last 6 months and brought chairs to everyone of them. You can bring a water and snacks also. Has to be in a gallon bag!
I’m attending the chris brown concert tmrrw night, is there a lot I can leave my car in over nigh and go back to pick it up Sunday morning? Or will it be towed no matter where I park?

It would be best if you didnt leave it overnight. Contact the venue directly for parking info as it may change.
Not until the beginning of October or have a negative covid swab 48 hours prior to the show date. Some shows before October are requiring it. Check the venue website.
They typically won’t let you stay in the parking lot during a show. I’ve been to about 15 or more concerts there and they do a sweep of the parking lot to push people in. They tell you you have to go in or leave.
Yes it is! But if you're going to a concert just try to be early like 1 hour & a half before the concert. To make sure you'll get the public parking (for free) otherwise, you have had to parking far away from the xfinity theater then others places charge you $20.00 dollars or more. That's my advice to anyone who wants to save 20.00 bucks in your pocket 🤘💀🤣🤣🤗🤔it's up to you that decision 🤣🤣🤘💀.
where can i buy VIP parking pass the day of the show?

When is the box office open to purchase tickets early for an upcoming show?

John Mauceri | Sep 30, 2019
Not sure , but you can check the website. I buy off Stub Hub or from people trying to get rid of tickets. The box office will be selling ticket if the show is not sold out.
Who played last night

Look it up on xfinity website for specific dates of shows that have occurred
I have water, phone, smokes, blanket, couple of apples.... They going to turn me back at the gate if I'm carrying my gear in a backpack?

As long as the water is sealed and not frozen you should be fine!
Can bring cooler with bottledwater
Paul Sarno | Sep 30, 2019
Jennifer Wolfer | Sep 30, 2019
No coolers, but, you can normally bring 1 factory sealed bottle of water. With the current weather they're not limiting size, and they've got refilling stations and cooling areas.
I am told it depends on the show. I think calling the Xfinity might be your best bet. Maybe the website might help. look up Xfinity theater Hartford... I think it's a live Nation site.
There is parking included right at the arena and it isn't a far walk to the entrance! Just follow everyone else and your GPS will bring you right to the parking lot!
If the show is after 6pm or on a weekend I would park downtown and walk there, I bealive parking is free at the theater lot but it often fills quickly if the shows sold out, then your forced to pay $20 to park, from downtown to the theater is about a 15min walk down Weston street. And it's more than a few bucks, at least $10 at beginning of Weston st to $20 the closer you get, I walk.
From what I read you can bring in 1 gal of un opened water, tailgate in parking lot or eat before you go, if you are on the lawn you can bring 1 folding beach chair and a blanket, all bags are searched and food will be confiscated, go on x finity theatre website there is a list of items that are banned, laser pointers, prof cameras ect.
Yes. It's at the bottom of the lawn area about Section 600 or so.
Can a 14 yr old go to a Travis Scott concert
Jonathan Dion | Sep 30, 2019
Winfield Dobruck Jr. | Sep 30, 2019
Short answer is Yes. If you're asking about the T. Scott concert scheduled for the 30th, It was supposed to be at the XL Center and is cancelled.
Does anyone know what time the far away dirt lot opens this weekend? I know it’s around 4 for 7 pm shows but farm aid starts at noon.
Do you think it will fill up for a sold out show?
Thanks!!

Kyle Civitello | Sep 30, 2018
Not sure when lot opens usually does fill up quickly though
You get in at 5:30 scan your ticket for a wristband. Security is fast. There are private dining/bar areas with free water and popcorn and sometimes a free masseuse or palm reader (tips necessary). Also a private restroom where the line backs up. Seating is either in the boxes, first row behind the boxes, or VIP lawn. Not specially padded seats. The only "special" seats are luxury boxes. Don't buy water, bring a sealed water bottle. Bring a baggie and you can fill it with popcorn to snack on. You can get food and drinks at your seats but anyone with the app can. They just charge VIPs more. Just go early and get table service if you want to over pay for concession food.
Going to chris brown tomorrow, will they allow me to bring in bug spray in a metal can??
Courtney Lynn | Sep 30, 2018
Kay Gardiner | Sep 30, 2018
They didn't let me bring in sunscreen in a metal can. I'd assume not. Apply before going in and look for alternative bug repellants to be on the safe side.
Has the Avenge sevenfold concert on July 16th been cancelled?

It's actually July 26, and no not yet.
I'm attending the Chris Brown show on Saturday the show starts at 7 when is a good time to get there and when does the show usually end???
Jovan Brown | Sep 30, 2018

Doors usually open an hour before but parking can be difficult better to go as early as you can. When the show is over all the lights come on after last act finishes
What was the winning shriner's raffle ticket for the skynard show 7/14/18....I was hoping I won so I could gift my brother who plays his guitar that was almost lost in a fire..

Idk but you had to be there when they put the number on the screen
There is handicap parking, and a lot of it. If you look at an aerial view of the xfinity theater, you will see them off to the left I think. I dont believe it costs anything. That would be wrong for them to charge you for handicap parking...and also people do bring chairs for the lawn. But most people just bring a blanket to sit on or sit on the grass. The other person is correct about everyone standing when the show starts. So if you're sitting on the lawn it may be hard to see unless you're way up on the top of the hill
Lookin to buy tickets for a concert is there a bix office i can buy them at a couple of days before the show and if so what times are they open? Thank you

There is a box office. You would have to call. I have not used it. Do not know when it is open. Sorry
What is box 401, I can't find anything about it and it's not in most charts. There are tickets available for it though.
There is a way to the lawn that isn't the huge stairs (I even had trouble with them). You still have to go up some stairs, but not as many right behind the pavilion area on both sides. I believe you can bring in bottled water but that's it. There is bottled water available for a price, but we drank beer. If you're going to be on the lawn the chairs are like what you see people sitting on at the beach. They are low. If you're concerned, I would suggest either a wheelchair or paying for pavillion seats. You'd be more comfortable. Depending on the concert, people stand for most of it anyway whether in lawn or in pavillion. Hope this helps. Have fun!
Usually water must be sealed, good that fits in a clear 1 gallon bag. Lawn chair if sitting in the lawn, camera, blankets a full list is on their website
I boought tickets for a boxing event but the fighter pull out of the fight .. I want to cancel my tickets can what number I need to call to cancel the tickets..??

no clue... PROBABLY TOO LATE..... didn't know they did boxing at Xfinity in Hartford, CT..
It's pretty much the luck of the draw. If you have VIP or "indoor" seats you have a good chance of meeting the 1st or 2nd acts going to and from the sound booth. Worked for me a few times.
Got hit hard from behind on 3 separate occasions from a group of drunk guys at the concert last night. During the commotion of one of these events, I lost my wedding band and my $40 concert tee. Who can I contact about this matter?
Kelley Foster | Sep 30, 2017
Julie Gryga | Sep 30, 2017
I would call the theatre about your ring, not sure if they can do anything about the tee shirt you lost.
