There is handicap parking, and a lot of it. If you look at an aerial view of the xfinity theater, you will see them off to the left I think. I dont believe it costs anything. That would be wrong for them to charge you for handicap parking...and also people do bring chairs for the lawn. But most people just bring a blanket to sit on or sit on the grass. The other person is correct about everyone standing when the show starts. So if you're sitting on the lawn it may be hard to see unless you're way up on the top of the hill
There are tons of handicapped parking spots available. With many of the concerts I go to, you can't bring in lawn chairs. But, you can rent there's for a higher price than you'd like. 😉
Not sure about the parking. The chair I think depends concert to concert. My experience in the lawn for several different artists.... everyone is standing in the lawn. You may end up looking at rear ends all night or lugging around a heavy chair
