Yes u can bring in water but only extremely small clear bags
I brought in a clear back pack that had water snacks and food in it. They were more concerned about weapons then food. The web site tells you exactly what's allowed
No bags at all. Not even small pocketbooks allowed.
You won't need bug spray. And I'm not sure if it's allowed anyway. You can bring a 1L unopened bottle of water in. You can also bring a 1 gallon sized plastic bag filled with snacks.
